Omar has given over 100 lectures and presentations to companies, schools, universities and NGOs including HSBC, Barclays, GSK, Novartis, Coca Cola, Astrazeneca, Takeda, Eli Lilly, Hershey's, North Face, London Business School and the Great Alexandria Library with audiences ranging from 20 to 1200 .

Omar was also chosen to be a speaker at TEDx Cairo and TEDx Abu Dhabi.
